Generally the smaller restrictors give better fuel economy at a loss of preformance. The larger restrictors offer improved preformance and less economy. It's probably better to start with the 7mm restrictor and see how the engine runs and change from there if you think you need to improve one charicteristic or another
i mean i was event thinking the un thinkable ...running the 6mm on the truggy ...i didnt notice any difference...or well not noticable running the 6 or the 7 ...i idid notice better fuel economy ...with the 6 ...and fuel economy wins races ...but ...really i get great milage on the 7 in my x2 ....but buggy i would say the 6 or lower for runtime ..and the performance loss is negligible
