You know those random sized imperial or metric hex drivers that you never use, yet still carry around in your tool box?
Slip the pinions on the shaft of the wrench in order from largest to smallest and tighten the setscrew on the pinion that is topmost of the shaft. That's what i do, 'cause i'm cheap.
And it holds the pinions and keeps them from rattling around and getting lost.
