You're exactly right. I guess just multiply the rollout number (example: 7.0) times the tire diameter (54mm) and get a final rollout. I'm also running foams, now at about 59mm or so. So for me the rollout is 7 x 59 (413 mm), and you it would be 7 x 54 (378mm). Yes, I know my tires are too big
