The next one I was able to strip out 3 of the 4 screws and break the tip off of a screw driver. WHO puts these together that the head needs to be so tight you have to twist that hard, I mean really.

So I guess my question is how do I get the head off now? I have never had this problem and a little irratated about the situation.

Way to tight on the cooling head screws Trinity but other then that they look great and I cant wait to break it in today.
Toughtrax - you dont have to take the engine apart. it is checked here for the correct head shims. If you dont have the correct size flathead screwdriver it will strip out the screw and/or break the tip of your driver off.
