The plus 4 is is very good in buggy, i like the ofna 053 better than the 9901, helps wake the topend up on this engine.
The Toro is a pissed of engine, it would be alot of motor for buggy, but for high bite tracks, may work, Look for a Full test review in next month's RC magazines. Bess has been also testing the motor for some time now.
But a good pick would be a JX for the money or the Plus, good luck
