Run time is dependant on a few things. Pipe, fuel, restrictor, shimming and how itchy your throtte finger is

Running a stock 7 Port with the factory 8mm plastic restrictor and 053 pipe I am guessing around 7 to 7.30 tops ??
Depends on the track and how heavy you are on the gas. If its a newish motor that still has lots of pinch 6 to 7 ??

A broken in 7 Port with 6.5 mm restrictor, 0801 pipe and a smooth throttle finger will do 9 min, maybe more. Reduce the epa to 60 % and shim the head as MMods suggests in his recent post, and you should be able to get 10 + no problem.
