I checked the Werks thread on the grid and they recommend the O'Donnell 97T or RB6T. So looks like medium to cold plugs is what you should be running. I'm guessing since your B7 is modded, that would probably dictate some what plug you would use. I run the standard head button so the plugs aren't the same, but I know my motor seems to like the colder plugs.
