Motor spray is a degreaser but it's nowhere near as harsh as brake cleaner. Any hobby shop that cater to electric racers should have it, but if you can't find it, you can get the same thing at electronics shops, only they call it "tuner cleaner". It's cheaper from the electonics shop, but I try to always get it at the track... There won't be any racing at the electronics parts shop when the track goes out of business...
