threadlock the nut.... build it slightly loose in your hands, then twiggle it by hand for a few seconds to let all the parts seat down properly, and then tighten it properly

I had some interesting issues with my diff a few weeks back (read some pages back)... but once the thrust bearing was changed (seems that the one I had in the pack was a lemon) and the thing broke in (say half a pack) this is as good as any other car's diff this side of a hudy one, even after about 30 packs. It's great to spend time setting the car up between runs now instead of rebuilding the diff

Wet-sanding the rings with motor spray is always a good idea nonetheless
