I've never had an issue with the NT1 diffs leaking. Sometimes diffs leak if there just over filled, which you may have done. Make sure all the screws are nice and snug, and that the o-rings aren't worn. Thats just about all I can really think of...
me and most of the team drivers that I have talked to fill the diffs full. I have personally just had better results with using rtv to help it seal. just a thought...
