I've only been running low turn motors like 5.5 turns and it doesn't cog, people say that higher turn motors will cog but haven't tried it yet. I'm going to get a 13.5 so i'll see how that goes.
Lets hope the weather stays nice so we can finish it hey!
just hooked it up and tested it,it works fine, but revs a little slower in reverse, but i think the reverse power was set lower on my castle link software

i am running a LRP Eraser 13.5 on it at the moment to see how it goes in a slash, noticed a little cogging just holding it off idle, but nothing up top
i also tryed yor trick off letting it just register at neutral,it worked

armed itself,and i had throttle

...maybe i should have read my manual a bit better, just got to excited about unleashing the mamba power(5700kv motor)
its my first brushless setup, and the LRP is my first normal speed brushless,so im just checking to make sure its all going to run correctly.....
again, thanks for ya help Bugle, much appreciated

it all works fine....thankyou......
and hopeful the weather holds out for u guys,i'm running a crawler comp this weekend,so heres hoping for the both of us.....

might have to come turn some laps on your track with the slash at some stage....
