--Im lost...someone said it may be the front bearing but if it were that wouldn't it leak fuel also and cause a bunch of dirt to build up there? It was perfectly clean when i pulled the flywheel.
I already seal the carb neck, back plate, HSN where it attaches to carb body with red RTV.
Any help???

Did you put softer springs back in the clutch when you rebuilt it ?
Sounds like the clutch is coming in real early and bogging the motor down.
Does it spool up ok when it's on the starter box, but then die when you gun it on the ground ?
Worth a check anyway
