I've seen it - it was about 30-40 pages back or so.
A guy colored dish wheels in quarters (black and white) so you could see the spin. He had the car securely mounted on a block so wheels could spin freely.
He got a REAL good spin on it (both rear wheels, obviously) and let it spin - it went a LONG time. . .
