With BL/Lipo getting easier and cheaper i don't see how people cannot be competitive more so today then ever.
I guess it's better to bump 19t down, maybe now there will be a more clear jump in speed between mod and 19t.
I still run a 10.5 in mod unless it's a large outdoor track.
