I've run all the Novarossi pipes....
but...
The JP1 is pure bottom end punch and then kinda lays down/goes flat on the top.
The JP3 pulls broader, without sacrificing too much in the bottom, doesn't flatten abruptly on the top and gets mileage for me.
I'm running a Picco Evo3 on a Jammin' X1CR buggy with a 12t bell (yes, 12t) and the JP3 getting 9+mins of runtime during race conditions (A-main pace; top 5).
I like it for the Picco's; haven't run it on a Novarossi/outsourced engine.
