Default 2009 301 RACE SCHEDULE

If anyone wants to come down before the classic here is the 2009 schedule.

Note: Race days are Sunday Entry fee 25.00/pro. 20.00/sportsman
Track opens at 8am for practice and 1st heat starts at 11am unless otherwise noted!
Open for practice on Saturday for all EXCEPT DAYS OF LARGE SCALE RACING (SCHEDULE IS BELOW)

Classes to be run are: 10th Nitro Sedan, 1/8th Scale, 1/5 Scale,
1/7 Scale (IGT, DM1,) each class requires a minimum of 5 entries.

April 26 Tornado Fuel Challenge

May 10 Mother's Day (NO RACE)

June 5-7 Capitol Classic
Practice Thursday, 3 quals on Friday, 3 quals on Saturday and Lower mains,
Upper mains Sunday (A Main 45min., B Main 30 min., C & lower 20 min.)


June 21 Club Race #4 (tentative, Father's Day)

June 28 Club Race #4 (tentative, Father's Day)

July 5 Club Race #5

July 19 Club Race #6

August 9 Club Race #7

August 23 Club Race #8

September 6 Club Race #9

September 20 Club Race #10

October 4 Club Race #11

October 17-18 I-95 Showdown




LARGE SCALE RACING SERIES SCHEDULE

March 28................Test and tune
April 18...................1st point race
May 23....................2nd point race
June 20....................3rd point race
July 18.....................4th point race
August 15.................Warm up for the 2009 Nationals
August 26 through 30,..The 2009 1/5 Scale National (301's bid dates for Nationals)
September 19..............5th point race
October 17 or 23..........6th point race (TBA)
October to be arranged with the I-95 race as our season finale with awards presentation for the point series.

Six races with two throw outs......everyone completing four races will recieve awards and prizes.

The 1/7 scale DM/IGT cars will be run in the series if there are enough per event.
