more droop = lesser number yes on the blocks. more rear droop will give a little more steering, but too much can upset the rear off power. droop is used to fine tune your setup. so its not a certain number on the blocks that will make it right, sometimes it takes a small adjustment while racing to ge the balance your looking for. can be equal front to rear, but generally i wouldnt use more rear droop than the front. but dont rule out not doing it, just make te adjustments while at the track to feel how it changes your cars feel.
