Avoid the grass. Too much rolling resistance. Too much load on engine for breakin. Grass doesn't seem like much, but it really holds are car back.
Try the hard mud if its smooth enough. You could allways get a Hudy breakin stand for engine if your planning on running nitro cars alot.
