yeah its the same universal each time my front left i keep tightening it up to the max with the allan key that it comes with. i stop going because i hope i dont break it

On top of not using a proper handle-mounted allen key, you prolly have lube on the threads of the grub screw. Disassemble, flush thoroughly with motor spray, relube carefully (tamiya anti-wear grease is fantastic) and reassemble with threadlock. Be careful not to grease the treads or threadlocking the whole CVD
