Murnan,
On you site it states for the M353R Modified:

"The engine comes shimmed for 16-20% Nitro. To run 25-30% please add .2mm of head shims. Very long life can be expected from this engine even when pushed to it's limits. Recommended pipes: Novarossi 2630 Novarossi 2601 RB 2604"

1) What's the differences in running 16-20% as to 25-30%?
2) What's the differences in running the three recommended pipes?
