Cypress,
what handling charecteristics have you noticed when changing oil in the center shock,
at the TRACK in Md. I built it up with 70 and put the copper spring on, this helped settle down the reare end over the bumps,
have you ever tried to go lighter with the oil ?

The lighter oil helps over sharp little bumps in the rug, but makes the rear suspension slightly more "reactive" in that the weight can and will transfer more quickly fore and for aft. If the track is ripply, (lots of small bumps closely spaced) I'll go to a lighter oil to help it recover more quickly, but I generally stay in the 70-100 wt. range.
