There's not a fully made diff you can buy that I know of, as you say, it's all individual parts.
With foams indoors, typically a diff on both ends, with a centre fixed drive is favoured.
I have a centre one way, with duel diff's on my trf415msxx, but only because the track is small and I run stock 27t, so I don't need any braking, just lots of corner speed, it is just a preference though.
Others may get on better with the reassurance of better brakes...
