I use two of those same motors in my Tamiya Wild Dagger and have not had any problems so far. They seem to be pretty quick and have some decent torque. I have about 2 dozen runs on them and I will probably rebuild them pretty soon. If you have a lathe I would keep them true and keep new brushes handy. Keeping the comm true and the brushes fresh will make your motors last a long time. As far as your battery, if your ESC can handle it I don't see why the motors couldn't keep up. Just make sure you run the appropriate gearing so you don't overheat them.
