Mark, what exactly do you want out of the track? I had my friend come down and spend over an hour working with John on how to use the trac tac, and also how to take care of dusting problems. Improper use of the trac tac causes the dust,(the mixture that was used the first time) water alone is just a band aid for the problem. You need to start spraying the trac down with LIQUID laundry soap(not powder) Just a small cap full goes a long way.
