Im not being ignorant, i was debating what is a valid topic, and in my opinion a 3cfm wouldnt make any difference.
Today i realised that as its in degrees F, 20F isnt such a difference compared to 20C. I did think about it and provided an example which is a similar application in a computer, which is where the 5V fans are taken from
