Not familar with that exact charger, but the setup should not be that difficult. It will want the type of batt, NiMh, then the number of cells, 5. Then it will want the capacity, 1600. These may come in diff order, but all are needed to setup a charge.
Peak sensitivity is usually in mv/cell and a good starting point is 5mv/c. Look at the charger for this one and see if it is asking for "mv/c" or just "mv" - some chargers do it one way and some do it the other. If its just "mv" try 25mv (5 x 5 = 25).
The only thing left is charge rate - 1amp is generally considered the limit for a fast charge for a rx or hump pac. Rx pacs can be charged at the higher 1C rate (1600/1000 = 1.6amp, 1C rate), but they won't last long, cells will get too hot -0.5 maps is a good slow charge rate. I charge mine at 0.5amps if I have the time and 1amp if I need it charged as quickly as I can. After entering the charge rate, see if it will charge.
You may have to do some reading - I looked at your charger one Tower and sure looks like a nice charger. Tower didn't have a link for the manual though.
