If you put a fully charged pack in it, then it takes that long. Try putting a pack in it after you run the pack. It will take a lot less time.
I did try 3 packs and even with half charge in it or less , the voltage wasnt dropping .
I remember putting the pack and the voltage reading was 1.27 and 2 hours later , still discharging , the voltage was still 1.27 ??
