It's over $300 better. If you are on a very tight bugget then definately go with the T1R. You can pick one up for roughtly $215. I love mine and it is built like a tank. Besides the T1R's can still out run an Evo 2. It's a matter of how good the driver can drive. Xray can sure make cars the right way.
