I just use small hex socket to round part of the dog bone and a vise to press the pins out. As for the pins, I get them from Mcmastercarr.com. Just make sure you get the harden one instead of the SST (soft). And also get the pins 1mm longer than you need, cause the ones they sell has a 1mm chamfer at the end.
