If the little outer piece on the front arm cracks, how big of a deal is that? I usually replace the arms when that happens, but I can't say I've ever really noticed a big difference on the track.
The pin will just flex a little more at the C-hub, not going to change too much for the handling of the car, maybe have a little more traction on that corner of the car if anything... The arm will be more prone to breaking at the pin though.
