There's nothing wrong at all with the graphite outdrives the Pro 3 came with, the problem occured because the CVD's weren't in far enough in the outdrive, if HPI have graphite outdrives, I hope they've learnt their lesson and make the CVD's go in a little further.
BTW, a front one-way and a HB diff fixes any outdrive problems
