Default ESC overheating...help plz!

hi, on the back of my reedy challenger 19t motor, it says
"Correct gearing is critical. An incorrect gear ratio my result in excessive motor and ESC temperatures..."
It also came with a little table that said that a 1/10 touring on rubbers need a 6.4:1 FDR i havent a clue what that means

So i raced regardless and now... my ESC is getting too hot and cutting out.

I thought it was because the ESC is to weak for the new motor, because its very good, keeps up with my mate with brushless!

I found out that my ESC has a rated current of 75A...but i don't know the motor.

So, any help i will be thankful for. my ESC is a LRP AI Runner Plus reverse no.83060. Motor is a Reedy CHallenger 19t spec racing motor, my car is a Schummacher mi2

Thanks!
Greg
