Well my new 416WE is running very nicely and was fast enough for pole position Friday night. But, as fate would have it, a few racing incidents and some back markers made the Main quite interesting. Eric Whipler passed me with 2 mins to go and all I could do was push hard. The car was excillent !

I cought up to the Whip but an off line excursion and another scary moment was too much for the 44mm aluminum swing shaft. Finished in 2nd with 3 wheel drive. Eric was driving fast as I've ever seen a 05IFS. Nice run BTW Whip! I'm praying the metal ones I ordered are here before next Friday.
