Timing is one of the most important if you modify an engine. but
knowing the correct way of measuring is more important
Sometime I gone very far on timming and still benefit but down side i experienced was engine tunning issue as well as clutch, tune pipe and gearing.
fancy cuts on sleeve are just fancy cuts... and polishing it......is a joke
