If you lose voltage, the servo would have no power to go into FAILSAFE mode. (return spring)

There are several Failsafes on the market.....
However, I have seen several threads on issues with them....
Not just with Hitec product....

Maybe do a search in this forum and others to find the threads..

The CRX is FM, the PCM failsafe is a feature of the Rx.

Hitec’s new HIS-03MK single conversion receiver is the first to use IPD (Intelligent Pulse Decoding) technology.
This receiver is an exciting new addition to their populare surface-line receiver products. Preset throttle option for signal loss.

The IPD circuit provides "Intelligent Pulse Decoding" to filter out unwanted signals and assures crystal clear, glitch free reception. It will also act in the same way that the aftermarket fail safe units do and protects against runaways from loss of signal or massive interferance.

Sure, you can use my HFP-10 anytime....
Just come over and ask....
