in my opinion, when someone leaves a sour grapes rating, it isnt a big deal to the buyer....
meaning if i am buying fom you i want to see what your ratings are, i will read them, including the negative...and when it says for example" bad seller, my car did not arive until 2 days after it was sent" i think that guy is a tool, and the negative rating should be ignored....
at least for me that is....
