im getting a smoking deal on a Ofna Lx buggy with a gotech .21

my question to you guys is,
is there a turbo button for the sport 3port motor?

this guy is claiming that the motor in the buggy is a turbo plug but after searching the only motor i can find that it matches is the sport motor(blue head) and i didnt see a turbo button for it anywhere..this guy got the motor in a trade and doesnt know much about it so maybe just a simple mistake,
