CraigM & CarlosG; another thing you can try is to lengthen the shock by moving the mount forward. This is a bit more work to change once the bite comes up but should help As for additive Paragon is good for asphalt but if the track is dirty and dusty I have found that the goop just picks up and coats the wheels with the dust. Then its like driving on ice, which may explane why its not being used at your track.
It would also explain why traction isn't so good on the first couple runs but gets better later as the dust gets tracked up on everyone's tires.
