Ok, I see the fan is the problem... mine didn't have the fan.
You don't need a fan for a B4, especially for running a mild motor. It's really only needed for running a high stress setup like a low wind motor in a 4wd. I didn't even use a heatsink with a 7.5 in my B4 and never had an issue.
