My guess is that the Losi crawler wheels fit the other Losi 1/18th 4WD vehicles. If not....maybe the stock rims could be narrowed down a bit to compress the tires a little taller.....just a thought.
Your exactly right about making changes (tinkering) with the trucks.
It definitely is a teacher of outside the box thinking...

What happens if you decide to compete with this kind of a truck...
most likely it will not fit into a class because it has no equal....

Again we all have different plans and mindsets....
I say do whatever you need to have fun and keep it rolling....
