I run 1/8 electric at my facility and its getting more popular weekly

Truhe, King, Hartson, Baker, Cavalieri, Sexton and many other top dogs have run electric 8 here and have had a great time, its a blast.

I have raced nitro for years and its completely different... I don't think 8 electric its gonna take over the world but it is a blast. Nitro WILL ALWAYS have its place on the big outdoor tracks.

The price point is a bit much still for 1/8 electric unlike the Slash which seems to be single handedly taking over everywere but i do believe that sooner rather then later most of the top nitro drivers will be doing both nitro and electric.

Thank you for sharing your point of view from the West Coast scene.... I love that we can draw input from not just all across the country, but also folks have also been posting my electric 8th scale racing vids in various Asian France UK Sweden and other overseas Forums...

The class / sport is taking off like a rocket, I see no downside for any of us.
