Also be sure to check the flywheel nut. I bought a xxxnt rtr last year and the truck ran perfectly for a few tanks and then it started slipping. I went to start the truck and it wouldn't start like it should. Come to find out the flywheel nut was loose enough to let the flywheel slip on the collet.

Just something else to check......

I was also using a starter box though and not a electric starter
