Thanks for the responses guys. A couple more questions. I think I would like to go with a open cell foam, as at least half of my running will be on a blown out track when I am using my bowties and crimefighters. I was going to go with the panters, but I would like to try the aka's. Are the aka's open cell? And do they work with the proline lpr? If so, where can I purchase them, I did not see them on a mains web site.
