If we are talking the original X11 with the Blue Labels, then technically, NO. The real question to ask yourself is, does your local club racing follow the ROAR rules 100% to the tee. If so, then this may only but a good basher or practice motor.

If you go to a ROAR sponsored race, this really wouldn't matter, as you would probably be forced to use a handout motor anyway.

A side note to the original LRP X11 Vector 13.5 is that is came with a bonded rotor, not sintered, so if you have one of these, you would be wise to purchase a sintered rotor.
