Allow for about a 10-15% inefficiency in the power supply and you wont undersize you power supply. If you want to run a 250watt charger like the 0610INet, you'll need 288watt supply, say 300watts. When (if) you push the charger to its max, that way you'll have all the input power you need.
I run mine with a 345watt (13.8v, 25amps) supply and can power a smaller charger at the same time to charge another batt if I want/need to.
