Funny you mention this. I have gone to many regional races and have held my own against the competition. When some have come to ask me what hop-ups do I have on my car and I tell them that I am running it box stock, they are totally amazed. They tell me that they have to get this hop-up part or that hop-up part in order to get their car to do this or that on the track like my car does. That is the beauty of the Mugen cars. You don't need to invest hundreds of dollars in hop-up/aftermarket parts in order to hang with the top guys.
