You could try one of the systems from Yeah Racing. I ordered one for my Kyosho lazer zx-5 for 77.63 with shipping from Hong Kong.

I got the 13t but they make a 12t, 10t, and 9t as well.
good luck.

They are not top end but they work the close enough.
