Somewhat true, but I don't think it is quite that black and white. I think there are racers that fit all ends of the spectrum. I imagine that there are some racers out there, that are the best of the best, that don't have to spend 100000s of dollars to win, that just LOVE having fun driving their cars and couldnt care less about anything else... granted they are a smaller breed... but you get what im saying.
