I ran my WGT for the first time last weekend with a 2S lipo and a 17.5 on carpet and it was perfect. Faster than stock TC, not twitchy like a 1/12th...perfect. But, I can see how for someone new, it would be too fast. I'm not new, I don't want to go slower.

It seems like the people complaining about 2S lipo are the ones that have something to lose. It's really the same crying that went on when brushless and lipos showed up to begin with. I know, I was one of them.....I'm not switching to that stuff, it's not better, it's dangerous. Then I woke up, sold my old stuff, got new stuff and now, I love RC more than ever.

As long as the cars are adaptable, these things can be run in different classes. It gives people a chance to get into it and then adapt as they get better.
