Perhaps this is a tired discussion but am new to the forums. It seems like people have 2 opinions about Maxamps--love 'em or hate 'em. Why is that?

My understanding is that once they become known their prices increased and might have upset loyal customers. I also understand that Maxamps used to ask customers to "plug" for them in the forums and that would upset people as well.

Do their cells have issues? That is what I want to know.

I bought a balancer adapter from them for $10 and they sent my a hand written thank you. Who does that? They seem very customer oriented and get my vote. It makes little to no sense to try establish great relationships with customers so you could continue to sell them more low quality merchandise .

This is a performance hobby so at the end of the day the LiPo's will have to perform and I would like to know if people have issues with the product and not the so-called "business practices." Thanks for any input you may have. Cheers!
